Kibble is the Founding Managing Partner of DYNE Ventures, backing founders at the intersection of national security, defense, and the maritime domain. He previously invested through Kibble Holdings and Cap-Meridian Ventures and founded DYNE Asset Management, focused on supply-chain resiliency in critical and rare earth minerals, including seabed polymetallic nodules in the Cook Islands. He sits on the Board of Advisors at the Center for a New American Security and was previously a Vice President at JP Morgan. He holds a B.Com. and B.Sc. from the University of Queensland.

Conway is a seasoned venture capital investor focused on early-stage deals across defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and adjacent sectors. He serves as General Partner at DYNE Ventures, backing founders at the intersection of national security, defense, and the maritime domain, and as Founding Partner of Hydra Group, an investment firm with expertise across manufacturing, defense, and advanced technology. He previously was a Partner at Industrious Ventures, focused on reindustrialization in aerospace and defense, and Head of Business Development at AGC Partners. He also serves on the boards of LumiTerra, Island Health Care, and the Vineyard Preservation Trust. He holds a B.S. from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
